A proposed plan of subdivision for the six unit development (six lots) has also been submitted to council, by Beveridge Williams & Co Pty Ltd. A soil contamination report and soil test is also held by Beveridge Williams & Co Pty Ltd.

We understand that the 5 percent contribution for Public Open Space has been paid by the vendor. Design and drawings prepared by Tony De Jong Drafting are available from Trevor Petrie Real Estate Pty Ltd.
